March is a great time for meals with the family, spending time with friends, or bringing family out for a treat at the pub. There are lots of celebrations this month, including the days celebrating the Saints St David and St Patrick, as well as Mothering Sunday. If you are a visitor to the Wye Valley at this time of year, it is a beautiful time to walk, paint, photograph or just look. Having done all that, you are likely to have worked up a decent appetite, so we reckon you will enjoy our menu of hearty traditional dishes, steaks, curries and specials, all satisfying and warming.

Our local customers, friends and families throughout the Tintern and the Wye Valley area will be taking advantage of our great food, company and atmosphere in our traditional pub.

Many photographers, artists and painters come and stay with us to make the most of the natural beauty of the area and early and late light. While here they enjoy the hospitality and comfort of our bed and breakfast rooms.
